Because X-it Outdoors is committed to your privacy, we have agreed to disclose our information practices.
2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information voluntarily provided through our online forms, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, business names, websites, and golf cart preferences.
X-it Outdoors is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. We only collect information that is necessary for the purpose it was provided for.
3. How We Collect Information
Information is collected through newsletter signups, dealer registration forms, and golf cart order submissions. We may also collect information through cookies, analytics, and tracking technologies.
Vehicle Quote Requests
In order to obtain a vehicle price quote, a user must first complete a Quote Request Form. A user is required to give their contact information (such as name, address, telephone number and email address). This information is used to contact the user and provide the quote or other information that they have requested. It is optional for the user to provide financial information, but can be done so that X-it Outdoors can review and pre-qualify the user for financing if they are interested. All customer information obtained via the quote request form is encrypted for security purposes and stored on a secured server.
Orders
Information is requested from the user on the e-Catalog order form. Here a user must provide contact information such as name, shipping address and some form of communication such as an office phone, email or mobile phone and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If X-it Outdoors has trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. All customer information obtained via the order form is encrypted for security purposes and stored on a secured server. The user can request of X-it Outdoors to have their information modified or removed at any time.
4. How We Use Information
We use your information to communicate with you, process inquiries, manage dealer relationships, and provide updates related to our products and services. Information is used exclusively by X-it Outdoors and is not sold or shared with unaffiliated third parties.
We may also use this information to personalize the user experience on our website and to improve our products and services.
5. SMS, Email, and Telephone Communications (A2P/TCPA Compliance)
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive SMS, phone calls, and emails from X-it Outdoors. These communications may include marketing messages, promotional offers, dealer updates, and order notifications. Message and data rates may apply.
A representative will contact you via phone call, email or SMS message, depending on which consent you have granted when filling out the form.
When subscribed to marketing messages, users can expect to receive 2-3 messages a week regarding updates to our inventory and/or promotion of our products or services.
You may opt out of communications at any time through the following methods:
- Reply "STOP" to any SMS message received
- Click "unsubscribe" in any email communication
- Contact us directly at info@xitoutdoors.com
- Let a sales representative know which level of consent you would like modified
Transactional communications related to your orders or dealer account may continue even after opting out of promotional messages.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to enhance user experience, analyze traffic, and understand website usage patterns. You may adjust your browser settings to disable cookies, though some website functions may not operate properly as a result.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates.
For example, a cookie is used to store items during e-Catalog shopping so that a list of what you are ordering is maintained. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use the site. The only drawback to this is that the user will be limited in some areas of our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on the site.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic and geographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
7. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for business or legal purposes. Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are implemented to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
When our quote request or order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just "surfing".
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information has restricted access at X-it Outdoors. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, order clerk, sales representative, or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Access to the information is made via a password-protected site. Furthermore, employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.
8. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade user information. Limited data may be shared with trusted service providers assisting in website operations, bound by confidentiality agreements.
We may share demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is generally not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. We do not share email or SMS data with our partners for the purpose of those partners advertising to our users.
X-it Outdoors uses outside companies (such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not to our knowledge, retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
We may partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that X-it Outdoors is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. From time to time, our site requests information from users via surveys or may offer contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.
11. Rights of U.S. and Canadian Users
Users in the United States and Canada have the right to access, update, or request deletion of their personal information by contacting info@xitoutdoors.com.
